ArT WORK
Studio Romolo Atelier
Romolo Del Deo is an accomplished master sculptor with studios in Provincetown, MA, and Pietrasanta, Italy.
As an apprentice, I took Del Deo’s summer courses including figure drawing, idea building and figure sculpture in clay, big sculpture in plaster, and figure work in wax. In return, I did various jobs creating molds for his sculptures in silicon and plaster, transporting artwork for use in galleries, cleaning Del Deo’s studio, and other needed tasks.
I was awarded a grant from Studio Romolo Atelier for the mold and bronze casting of my final sculpture, Timshel. http://www.studioromolo.com/

My final project sculpture with Studio Romolo Del Deo, TIMSHEL, was selected for inclusion in a group show at Provincetown’s preeminent Berta Walker Gallery. The show, featuring Native American artists, was to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the Pilgrims landing in Provincetown. My sculpture was also featured on the front page of the local newspaper’s coverage of the show.
ART REACH
I've been attending an art class called Art Reach at the Provincetown Art Association and Museum, in Provincetown, MA, since 9th grade. Below is a selection of my work from 2016-2018.
"Art Reach is a free multidisciplinary afternoon immersion program that provides substantive arts and humanities education for youth aged 13 years and up, in partnership with the Provincetown, Nauset and Monomoy School Systems, Cape Cod Regional Technical School, and Cape Cod Lighthouse Charter School.
Art Reach combines a project-based, youth-centered curriculum with classroom instruction in a variety of disciplines. The two-semester program runs October through mid-May and meets three afternoons per week—Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday—and includes an exhibition in PAAM’s galleries."
